  • Led nine Army public health evaluation projects including environmental scans, needs assessments, evaluability assessments, community health assessments, process evaluations, and outcome evaluations.
  • Consulted on design, methodology, statistical analysis, and/or reporting for over 30 public health evaluation proposals or projects.
  • Formally and informally taught statistics to colleagues through workshops and individual mentorship.
  • Managed and mentored a team of 11 fellows and contractors providing evaluation support for internal and external stakeholders.
